1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using CleanLab, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the CleanLab software on your compatible Apple Mac devices, strictly in accordance with these terms.
3. User Responsibility & Risk
CleanLab provides features to delete files, empty trash, and uninstall programs. **You understand and agree that file deletion is permanent.** It is your responsibility to review the list of scanned items (caches, duplicates, large files) before initiating cleanup actions. We are not liable for accidental data loss.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
CleanLab is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CleanLab, Nuth, or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused.
